The pop star was driving along Sunset Boulevard when she was stopped at 8:45 p.m. Friday. “She was pulled over for speeding,” Beverly Hills police Sgt. Mike Foxen tells PEOPLE. “She was warned about her speed and let go. She was not cited.”

Choose Color

Starting at the inside corner and working toward the outside, delicately trace a line with the pencil angled toward your lashes.

Be careful how much eyeliner you apply, as a little really does go a long way. For a dramatic look, thicker and darker is very acceptable. For a subtle definition, stick with a lighter application.

And that reason was Scarlett Johansson’s boobs jiggling for 3 minutes while doing a spoof of American Idol’s Sanjaya Malakar. Sure the skit sucked like most of them do, but Scarlett Johansson’s breasts did manage to give us a Golden “Globe” caliber performance!
