Here’s the second Sex Tape Scandal for 2008. The first was from the already resigned Malaysian Minister Dr Chua Soi Lek. Vivica Fox is an actress and its reported she had sex with a male companion who then took a video of it while she was drunk.

The unidentified male used a cellphone to make a tape of a very drunk Fox, who was apparently servicing him.The guy e-mailed copies of the sex scene to his friends. One of them sent Vivica a copy. She promptly turned it over to the Atlanta Police Department. It is not known whether she has filed a formal complaint against the male.
